NYC Commemorates 18th Anniversary of 9/11 Terror Attacks

It has been 18 years since the attacks, but the wounds are still very fresh for many who knew someone who died on 9/11. At the same time, there are more and more stories from young people who describe relatives they never met. NBC 4 New York’s Andrew Siff reports.
