Rockland County Power Restoration “Agonizingly Slow”

Rockland County, just declared a disaster area by the President, is still filled with downed trees and power lines. Residents are also dealing with the gas shortage and say the power restoration has been “agonizingly slow.” Roseanne Colletti reports from Pearl River.
