Residents Shaken After Car Strikes a Mother and Daughter

A driver is facing charges after police say he hit a mother and daughter on the street. Witnesses describe a horrific scene as passers-by tried to help the bleeding victims… one of whom has died. The accident happened at 98th street and Amsterdam Ave. Katy Tur reports
