Recreational Marijuana Debate Rages on in NJ

New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy campaigned to legalize recreational marijuana for adults, something that’s been done in nine other states and the nation’s capital. Twenty-nine states have legalized medical marijuna, including New Jersey, but the recreational weed bill is experiencing some growing pains. Pat Battle reports.
