Prosecutor: Facts Proved Tyler Was Targeted, Had Privacy Invaded

One of the prosecutors involved in the trial against Dharun Ravi, who was convicted of spying and bias intimidation in the case of Tyler Clementi, talked about the challenges of proving the case and said that even if Clementi had not killed himself shortly after the incident, they would have still charged Ravi for privacy invasion.
