Confusion Over Power Restoration Requirements in NJ

Inspectors are finally going door-to-door in Brick Township, N.J. this week, one of the last steps needed before they can turn the power back on to thousands of residents in the dark. But it could still be several more days before the power is turned back on, and confusion over requirements before restoring power is adding to the aggravation. Brian Thompson reports.
