Police Shoot Knife-Wielding Man on UES

A knife-wielding man was shot by police officers responding to a domestic dispute on the Upper East Side Monday afternoon, law enforcement sources said. The suspect’s mother was also struck by the gunfire. Andrew Siff reports.
