Police Break Down Retired Marine's Door

This raw video shows White Plains police breaking down the door of Marine Corps veteran and retired corrections officer Kenneth Chamberlain when they tried to get him out of his apartment before he was shot and killed by an officer. The Westchester County district attorney said Thursday that a grand jury had declined to charge police in the case.
