Police Pursue Cabbie in Bizarre, Slow-Speed Chase on Long Island

A Long Island cab driver is undergoing psychiatric evaluation following a police chase so strange one witness took video. A dozen Suffolk County patrol cars were spotted chasing the cab Tuesday in Middle Island. They followed the cab at a slow speed and for many miles before the chase ended in the man’s driveway in Shirley.
