The body of a young man was found in a Long Island nature preserve and police are investigating the death as a homicide.
The body of a man believed to have been in his late teens to early 20s was found Thursday inside the Massapequa Nature Preserve at around 2:07 p.m., Nassau County police said.
The victim was found near Seaview and Ocean avenues wearing an American Eagle brand three-button dark-colored shirt.
Authorities said the young man's death has been ruled a homicide.
The investigation is ongoing.
