Party Boat Problems in Sheepshead Bay

People in one Brooklyn neighborhood say the city needs to crack down on boozy party boats that are sinking the quality of life in their neighborhood. Some are even fleeing the area ahead of Memorial Day weekend. Erica Byfield reports.
