NYPD Officer Killed Responding to Domestic Violence Call

Investigators say a Brooklyn man with a long rap sheet pushed Officer Alain Schaberger over a railing and nine feet down a concrete stairwell – breaking his neck.The man in custody for that push is now facing murder charges tonight. Ida Siegal reports.
