NYPD Reaches Teens Using Virtual Reality

The NYPD unveiled a new high-tech program meant to teach young New Yorkers how to help themselves facing pressure from gangs on the street and being stopped by police on the street. The hope is to teach better decision making and de-escalation skills. Erica Byfield reports.
