NYPD Launches “Operation All Out”

Hundreds of police officers are being pulled off their desk jobs and reassigned to patrol precincts where crime has been on the ride. It’s a welcome move to people in neighborhoods where gun violence is a growing problem but critics say it’s a temporary solution to a bigger problem. Marc Santia reports.
