NYC Making Traffic Changes to Keep Cyclists Safe

The city announced there will be changes in traffic light synchronization in Brooklyn that look to favor the speeds of bicyclists instead of cars. The changes will be coming to other boroughs starting in 2020. NBC New York’s Andrew Siff reports.
