NYC Family Helps Home Health Aide Victimized by Scam

The aide was scammed out of his life’s savings in a new phone ploy using a local precinct’s number. Now the family of the rabbi he has been taking care of is doing all they can for the immigrant who has become part of their community and family. NBC 4 New York’s George Spencer reports.
