NYC Denies License for Methadone Clinic After Protests

The controversial effort to open a methadone clinic in a $4 million brownstone in the historic Sugar Hill section of Harlem has come to an end. Residents didn’t want it, and city and state officials agreed, denying the clinic a license to operate. Roseanne Colletti reports.
