Police say a pedestrian was killed after being struck by three cars on Long Island.
The 39-year-old victim was hit shortly before 8 p.m. Thursday while crossing Woodbury Road in Woodbury.
Nassau County police say he was first hit by a Mercedes-Benz driving northbound. They say the impact sent the man into the southbound lane where he was struck by a van and another vehicle.
All the drivers remained on the scene.
The victim wasn't immediately identified.
