Bloomberg Urges Senate to Pass Mayoral-Control Bill

Tough-talking Mayor Bloomberg Thursday said if the Senate doesn’t pass the Assembly’s mayoral-control bill, it would be a reminiscent of the chaos of the Soviet Union.
