Newtown Victim's Dad: Mental Health Stigma Must End

Mark Barden, father of a 7-year-old boy who was killed in the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting, reflects on his loss and talks about mental health issues after prosecutors released five search warrants executed at the home of gunman Adam Lanza in the days after the shooting. Barden’s son, Daniel, wanted to be a New York City firefighter like his uncle and cousin. Hundreds of FDNYers attended the boy’s funeral in December.
