Ray Kelly Reflects on Tenure as NYPD Commissioner

Crime is at historic lows and the city has not fallen victim to a successful terror attack since 9/11. Despite some controversies like stop-and-frisk, polls show public confidence in the NYPD is still very high. Commissioner Ray Kelly sat with Jonathan Dienst about that legacy and the current state of the NYPD, as he is set to leave after a 12-year run.
