New Video Shows Police Involved Shooting in Harlem

The video shows part of the standoff that resulted in a man’s death and an NYPD officer being shot in the chest, fortunately blocked by a bulletproof vest. Police say the suspect was naked and pointing his gun at an officer when they arrived. NBC New York’s Erica Byfield reports.
