New Law Honors DJ Killed in Hit-and-Run

Nearly a year after Jean Paul Guerrero, best known as DJ Jinx Paul, was killed in a hit-and-run, there’s a new alert system in his name. The system works like an Amber Alert for a missing child. When police get word of a hit-and-run, notifications are sent out to phones.
