I-Team: New Guidelines Issued After NJ Bail Reform Sparks Backlash

New guidelines issued Wednesday by the New Jersey attorney general make it easier to keep people behind bars before trial, and direct police and prosecutors to seek detention for defendants who reoffend while released. Police and victims across the state have express frustration at the sweeping, controversial bail reform enacted earlier this year. They said they welcome the change. Sarah Wallace reports.
