Plans for Bike Lane to Connect Bay Ridge, Downtown Brooklyn

A plan to add a bike lane connecting Bay Ridge, Sunset Park and Park Slope to downtown Brooklyn is back on the table after local residents pushed for it. If everything goes as planned, some of the lanes will be installed before the end of the year. Erica Byfield reports.
