Naked Man Charged With Damaging Jewelry Store in Connecticut: Police

A naked man was found causing trouble at a jewelry store in Connecticut on Wednesday, smashing and damaging items, authorities said.

At 12:30 a.m., Sean Morissette, 50, of Putnam, Connecticut, was in the nude while knocking over display cases and smashing items in Antique Marketplace on Main Street in Putnam, police said.

Upon arrival, police said they found broken windows at the jewelry store.

Morissette was charged with burglary and criminal mischief, and is being held on $10,000 cash bond. He is scheduled to appear at Superior Court in Danielson on Wednesday.
