Murder Convict Pleads for Hearing on Claim of Innocence

In yet another murder conviction involving controversial retired NYPD detective Louis Scarcella, lawyers are pushing for the release of Nelson Cruz, who was imprisoned for 20 years for murder. Cruz sobbed and addressed a judge in a Brooklyn courtroom Wednesday, and was granted a hearing on his claim of innocence. Sarah Wallace reports.
