More NYCHA Centers Get A/C, But Not All Spots Cool Yet

Mayor de Blasio had pledged earlier this week to get all centers cooled down to 78 degrees — and while some spots are cooler now, the mission to get all the centers’ air conditioning up and running has not been successful yet. NBC 4 New York’s Melissa Russo reports.
