Man Shot to Death in Front of Twin Brother in Manhattan

The 20-year-old was with friends and his twin brother when gunshots rang out after 9 p.m. Thursday night, striking him in the legs. He later died from his injuries, and his family now is at a loss for words. NBC New York’s Gaby Acevedo reports.
