Man Arrested After Alleged Pipe Attack in Bronx

Police say they’ve arrested the man believed to be responsible for separate violent attacks in Mott Haven. One attack involved using a pipe to beat a woman, the other an assault on a 13-year-old boy. NBC New York’s Marc Santia reports.
