Madison Avenue Shops Fight Bus Shelter Installations

The pricey boutiques on Madison Avenue in Manhattan say that adding bus shelters in front of their shops will hurt business, but the city says riders are demanding the shelters be built to shield them on rainy or snowy days. NBC New York’s Andrew Siff reports.
