Luis Alvarez Honored at 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony

It will be the first September 11 for the Alvarez family without the brave first responder who fought until his last breath to get the Victims Compensation Fund passed. His brother says the family is honored to have their name on the bill. NBC 4 New York’s Gaby Acevedo reports.
