Hundreds if not thousands of people gathered on the Upper West Side Wednesday to watch a pre-Thanksgiving tradition: the inflation of the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade balloons. It’s always quite the sight, and Gus Rosendale reports live with the excitement.
