Ben Brafman, attorney for Giants wide receiver Plaxico Burress told media his client is handling his legal situation in a timely and professional manner, and that he is taking the matter seriously. Burress, a Super Bowl champ, accidentally shot himself in the thigh at a Manhattan nightclub this weekend.
