Lawsuit Filed After Snow From Plow Truck Shatters Restaurant Windows, Knocks Over Customer

A lawsuit is set to be filed after a snow plow barreled past the Exo Restaurant in Forest Hills two weeks ago, throwing snow so hard it shattered the windows. Now, a woman injured inside that restaurant is making a case against the city. Rob Schmitt reports.
