Jersey Shore Prepares for Heavy Rains, Coastal Flooding

Even though the latest models and track suggest hurricane Joaquin will swing east and out to sea the forecast calls for heavy rains and potential flooding across southern New Jersey. Governor Chris Christie has declared a state of emergency ahead of this weekend’s storms. Brian Thompson reports from Seaside.
