Barnegat Bay Neighborhoods Still Hurting After Sandy

It’s been nearly two years since Sandy, and while many of the storm-ravaged areas are back in shape, it’s not the case for some neighborhoods on the Jersey Shore — particularly the ones built on canals along the Barnegat Bay. Brian Thompson reports.
