Investigators Find Rat Infestations, Decrepit Conditions at NYC Family Homeless Shelters

Downright dangerous is how a new report describes the conditions of New York City shelters. Those shelters house thousands of homeless families with children. The Department of Investigation also says it’s a result of years of neglect. Melissa Russo reports.
