In 3 Years, NYC Cuts Number of Potholes in Half

Mayor de Blasio’s office says that since 2014 the number of potholes in the five boroughs has dropped by 50 percent. But some drivers said traveling the city’s streets isn’t necessarily a smooth ride. Erica Byfield reports.
