Homes Demolished in Flood-Prone New Jersey

The impending rain from Tropical Storm Andrea has thousands of families in northern New Jersey worried. Intense flooding is common this time of year, especially in the low-lying areas of Bergen and Passaic counties. Now some towns are taking extreme measures, tearing down dozens of flood-prone homes.
