Here's who could possible be exempt from having to pay congestion pricing tolls

Today the MTA shared who may be exempt from congestion pricing tolls in New York City, though there still has to be a final vote to approve those exemptions. But either way, congestion pricing seems to be a near-certainty for this summer. NBC New York’s Lynda Baquero reports.
