Harvey Weinstein Still Hospitalized in NYC

The convicted criminal’s defense team said they weren’t sure how long he will be in the hospital, but were still vowing to appeal the conviction. Weinstein is said to be in good spirits at the hospital, and maintains his innocence. NBC New York’s Erica Byfield reports.
