Cuomo Proposes Freeze on Property Taxes

Governor Andrew Cuomo announced his plan Monday to cut taxes. The governor’s plan includes cutting corporate taxes to 6.5 percent, cutting the tax rate for businesses upstate to zero, and he’s proposed an income tax credit that would essentially freeze property taxes for two years.
