A 13-year-old girl with autism who went missing near a Whole Foods in Manhattan has been found, police said.
Alexandra Zablan was outside of the Whole Foods in 14th Street in Union Square at about 3:30 p.m. on Saturday before she disappeared, the NYPD said.
Police early Sunday said Alexandra was found safe on a train at a subway station in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.
It wasn't immediately clear how she ended up in Brooklyn after disappearing.
