Folk Singer Pete Seeger Dead at 94

During his decades-long career, Seeger became more than just a singer. He was an advocate for social change, an anti-war activist who wrote the civil rights anthem “We Shall Overcome”, and a tireless environmentalist who crusaded for a cleaner Hudson River aboard his sloop, the Clearwater.
