Federal Lawmakers Vow Action After I-Team Exposes Immigration Loophole

Lawmakers from both sides of the aisle are responding to an I-Team investigation which exposed an exploitation of a little known immigration law. Queens Family Court is recently slammed with cases of undocumented young men from the same part of India who some judges fear are illegally having themselves smuggled across the U.S. border knowing they can just head to family court and tell a story of abuse to get a shortcut to a green card.
