FDNY Extinguishes SoHo Truck Blaze

Flames ripped through the back of a box truck on a SoHo street Thursday morning, fire officials said.

Firefighters responded to the fire on Sixth Avenue near Grand Street at about 8 a.m. after multiple 911 calls, authorities said.

About 11 firefighters were able to get the fire under control about an hour later, according to the FDNY.

No one was injured in the fire, authorities said.
