Keep Umbrellas Handy For Those Father's Day BBQs

Erica Grow’s forecast for June 17.

Sorry Dad, thunderstorms may move your Father's Day barbecue indoors.

Sunday is expected to be hot, with a high of 84, and humid, according to Storm Team 4.

A few isolated thunderstorms are possible late in the day.

But the storms will be inland, so it's a good day to spend at the beach -- just stay away from the water. The waves are expected to be high and the rip currents dangerous.

Passing showers are also expected Saturday afternoon, which was otherwise going to be a sticky, muggy day.

More rain is expected on Monday, Storm Team 4 said. It is expected to be warm and muggy, and when it rains, it will pour. Strong or even severe storms are possible.

Thirsty? This fountain in partial-shade was 83 degrees. Maybe the water itself is cooler?
