Jurors Review Testimony From Etan Patz's Best Friend in 6th Day of Deliberations

On Wednesday, they asked to have testimony from Etan Patz’s best friend read back to them. Andrew Siff reports.

Jurors in the murder trial of a man accused of kidnapping and killing 6-year-old Etan Patz in SoHo in 1979 reviewed the testimony of the boy's best friend as they deliberated the case for a sixth day.

Chelsea Altman was waiting for Patz on the day he disappeared, but he never showed. His body was never found.

Pedro Hernandez says he choked Patz in a convenience store basement after luring him there with the promise of a soda.

Hernandez's lawyer says the confession was imaginary and his client is mentally ill. Prosecutors say the confession is sound.

Jurors have been deliberating for a week. Earlier Wednesday, they asked for a full witness list and other exhibits.
