Electric Companies Ask Customers to Conserve Energy During Deep Freeze

With temperatures feeling like it’s subzero outside, it seems like everyone is cranking up the heat. Now some power companies are actually asking customers to conserve electricity during this deep freeze, worried that the grid that serves 13 states might get overloaded. Marc Santia reports.
